Terms & Condition
By its resolution No.: (001) and dated: 30/01/ 2024, the management of Intersta Company, the owner of the electronic portal (referred to as the “Intersta Application”), approved these terms and conditions, based on its own powers and authorities provided for in the Articles of Association of Intersta Company (LLC – Free Zone Co.) the owner of the Application.
I: Targeted Audience
This Application is free, but subscription fees will be imposed on any subscriber in private groups, and fees will also be imposed in exchange for benefiting from some services or subscribing to them. Also, this Application targets all age groups from (16) sixteen years and above, and includes all Arab and Middle East States and Countries without discrimination, of whatever kind, through this electronic portal.
II: The Objective and Purpose of the Application:
The purpose of this Application it to bring together all those having common hobbies or interests through public or private groups falling under this electronic portal, so that the Application allows them to communicate to enrich cultural and educational knowledge in the specialty or hobby that brings them together, and let them exchange their common experiences, cultures, and interests through this Application.
III: The Sent Content:
- The registered member in the Intersta Application shall have the right to open an account through the electronic portal in accordance with the rules of use stated hereinafter. Any information related to your account should not be disclosed to any party or any other person. You, alone, are responsible for maintaining your own account’s confidentiality and security together with all transactions that take place in your account or through it. In addition, you agree to notify the management, through the icon designated for this purpose, of any breach in the security of your account, and the Application Management bears not any responsibility for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
- The Application management shall have the right to monitor the content on the platform and the website approved by Intersta in providing its services to subscribers. The Application management shall, as well, have the right to address any inappropriate content displayed on the electronic portal, and in order to do so, it shall have the right to use all means and ways in such regard, and views presented doesn’t express the views of the Application management team.
- The member acknowledges full responsibility for the content he sends through the electronic portal, and shall be held full responsible for it in its entirety.
- The Application Management bears not any responsibility for any offensive, inappropriate, or objectionable content that the member may be exposed to through using the electronic portal. So, the member acknowledges that he shall not be entitled to claim for any compensation from the Application Management or to impose penalties or the like as a result of being exposed to any harm from the previously mentioned content.
- The member must present a complaint to the Application Management through the icon designated for that purpose in the electronic portal when he encounters any illegal content, or any content whose purpose is to harass, threaten, cause harm or damage, slander, abuse, or spread violence, pornographic, vulgar, intrusive into another’s privacy, or to be hateful, offensive, racial or ethnical offensive or any other content intended to defame, desecrate or mislead, or contains anything that violates intellectual property or any other legal rights.
- If a content that violates these terms is sent, the Application Management shall have the right to cancel or block your username and password to prevent access to the electronic portal any more under the name of this membership.
IV: Intellectual Property Rights:
- All contents of the Application on the electronic portal are protected according to the Intellectual Property Rights Law, its executive regulations, and relevant laws, whether they are originated from the Application, its team of work, or registered members, and it is not permissible to attack them in any way.
- Members with a common interest shall have the right to create private or public groups on the Application that is specific to this group, in which common activities and interests are shared between them. The founder of the group shall have the right to directly supervise it, subject to the supervision of the Intersta Application Management. The founder of the group shall, also, have the right to obtain a percentage from advertisements appearing on the group he has founded.
- Private groups are those created between a limited number of members for a specific, legal and legitimate purpose in one of the scientific, professional, social, sports, or other activities permitted to be circulated through this Application.
- Members shall have the right to view, print, download, or store the content of the electronic portal, on a temporary basis, for personal, non-commercial reference without any alteration, modification, addition or deletion. It is not permissible to copy, reproduce, rebroadcast, distribute, or publish this content, exploit it commercially in any other way, or transmit it by any means, and you must acknowledge that no intellectual property rights shall be acquired by downloading this content or otherwise.
- By submitting content to the electronic portal, you shall be identified as the author of such content, and you shall be considered to have granted us the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and derive works from this content for the public, and in addition you give us the right to adapt this content, and by agreeing to waive your moral rights, you waive your right to object to any action or behavior taken by the Application Management.
V: Our Rights
- The Application Management shall have the absolute right to change, edit, cancel, stop or reject any content or group that incites hatred or racial or religious discrimination without being obligated to notify it if the content or group is considered to be objectionable or that it violates these terms and condition or for any other reason.
- We may retain or disclose the content and personal details to any third party if such action is necessary.
- For the purpose of maintaining and protecting the electronic portal, the Application Management shall have the right to take all necessary measures for this, which include the following, but are not limited to:
- In accordance with laws and regulations
- Responding to complaints or claims regarding a violation or restriction of the rights of any party in the electronic portal.
- The right to suspend or stop access to the electronic portal at any time, upon violation of any of these conditions.
VI: Privacy Policy
- The privacy policy shall form part of the terms and conditions of use of the electronic portal.
- Personal information for portal browsers and users shall not be kept through the electronic portal unless the browser or user wishes to provide such information. If it is provided to us, it will be used only to fulfill your request for information and services and to participate in the electronic portal. By using this web portal, the browser using this Application agrees to the terms of the privacy policy.
- The Application Management reserves the right to change or modify the privacy policy, terms and conditions from time to time and without prior notice. If you wish to continue using the electronic portal, this means your acceptance of these terms and conditions and the privacy policy and your agreement to any subsequent amendments.
- To avoid any losses, misuse and change of information, the electronic portal includes security measures under the supervision of the Application Management.
- The Application management and its employees are not responsible for any damages to the browser, the user, or any other person who may be exposed to any of this due to a breach of the confidentiality policy regarding the information that the browser or user previously provided to the electronic portal.
- All legal procedures related to or arising from the electronic portal are subject to the laws in force in the United Arab Emirates, and all disputes, claims and legal procedures that arise in relation to the electronic portal are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Arab Emirates.
VII: Authorship:
- All copyrights are reserved to Intersta, the owner of the Application.
- Contents of the electronic portal, including but not limited to videos, texts, graphics, images, logos, links, and sounds, are the property of Intersta, the owner of the Application, and are protected by copyright.
- Intersta, the owner of the Application, reserves all copyrights, ownership of trademarks, patents, intellectual property rights, and other proprietary rights in the information and services contained in the electronic portal in any form.
- Any unauthorized use, publication, storage in a retrieval system, reproduction or printing of the information, services, materials and proprietary rights contained in this site is strictly prohibited.
VIII: Disclaimer:
- Intersta, the company that owns the Application, manages the electronic portal that provides specific information and services.
- The company that owns the Application seeks to provide a high-quality service to browsers and users of the electronic portal, and the Application management is keen to ensure the accuracy and validity of the data contained in it.
- Also, the Application’s electronic portal is still under development, and the information and services contained therein may be modified from time to time.
- The information and services available through the Application’s electronic portal and any other links contained therein are general information only, and are not intended to provide any specialized advice or recommendations.
- The electronic portal for this Application does not provide any guarantees, and the company that owns the Application does not bear any responsibility for the safety of uploading and downloading any of the information or services provided through the electronic portal.
- The information provided through the electronic portal may be inaccurate and the Application Management disclaims responsibility for any errors or for the outcome of search results in the electronic portal, as the electronic portal is provided with information by the public.
- The responsibility for using the services of the electronic portal of the Application and participating in it lies with the user member. The user member also bears responsibility for the advice or information obtained, whether verbal or written, through the electronic portal of the Application and is not guaranteed by the company that owns the Application unless that is explicitly stated in these terms, or imposed by laws.
- The company that owns the Application is not responsible for any losses, damage, or damage, whether directly or indirectly, and is not responsible for any other reason that arises as a result of your use of the Application’s electronic portal.
- The company that owns the Application is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses or damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of reputation or revenue in each case, regardless of whether these losses or damages may result from force. Cairo or for any other reason resulting from your use of the Application’s electronic portal.
- General services and information are provided to anyone who uses the Application’s electronic portal. Accordingly, the user member agrees to abide by these terms and conditions, which represent a binding contract between Intersta, the owner of the Application, and the member. Therefore, please read these terms and conditions carefully, and if the user does not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Application portal.
- Also, the company owning the application will publish the privacy policy on the electronic portal of the application in both Arabic and English, and in the event of a conflict or contradiction between the Arabic text and the English one, the text in Arabic will prevail.
IX: Measures to protect the Application’s electronic portal:
Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the Application’s portal security measures, including but not limited to the following:
- Obtaining data that the user is not authorized to obtain, or entering the server, or an account that the user is not authorized to access.
- Attempting to search and scan, or test the vulnerability of the system or network, or attempting to disrupt the security of the site or its related measures without obtaining permission to do so.
- Attempting to interfere with any service for any user, host or network, including but not limited to uploading or sending viruses to the electronic portal, exceeding the permissible download limit, sending unwanted messages, or causing messages to stop.
- Promotional offers and/or advertising of any products or services without the prior written approval of the Application Management in accordance with the policies and procedures followed in that regard.
- Forging or copying any program, any intellectual property right, or any part of the information, or republishing it without permission.
- Any violation or violation of the system, network, or electronic portal may lead to civil or criminal legal liability, and the company that owns the Application will investigate these practices that may involve violations and breaches, in cooperation with the relevant authorities, so that users who participate in such violations and breaches will be prosecuted.
X: External links:
- The company that owns the Application does not have control over the content of the materials on any of the sites referred to in the electronic portal or that can be accessed and browsed through it, and it is the responsibility of the user to verify the importance, accuracy and validity of the information available on those sites.
- The company that owns the Application does not guarantee that these links will work or be available to the user at all times.
